Its Love Thursday again... already. Like all Love Thursdays I begin by browsing my picture files and seeing which Photo pops out at me. What will I post for Love Thursday today? There were many cute Easter Egg hunt photos to choose from, I have many pictures of my daughter decorating easter eggs, cute pics with the really tiny teenage girl in a really old super big and really ugly bunny suit. Pictures of My daughter just fascinated by that big ugly bunny. Then there are the pictures of our recently completed Good Wish quilt and scrapbook. I have a few pictures of our 1st family day dinner celebration with just the three of us. For some reason I kept coming back to this picture of My Husband and daughter walking with the easter basket.

I love both of their hands on the basket.... sharing the responsibility of carrying the newly gathered loot. She really got the hang of hunting for eggs this year and snagged a whole bunch of them. This is not the best picture... its taken from the back, its off center and not alot of thought or planning went into snapping this photo. You can't even see their faces for crying out loud but there was something about both of them holding the basket walking together that touched me and inspired me to snap this photo. It's funny how certain photos can bring that out in you and touch you. Something about it just pulls at my heart. Father & Daughter walking together. Most of my very favorite photos probably by most peoples standards would not be considered good pictures.Happy Love Thursday everyone and Happy Easter... could you all send some warmer weather my way. It's freezing, blustery and snowing here in Ohio, despite being in the 80's a few days ago.

Yes, special photo. We took four hours to make eggs and ten minutes to find them!

FYI, I am an author of a new children's novel called KIMCHI & CALAMARI, and it's about a funny adoped boy named Joseph. KIMCHI & CALAMARI comes out on April 10th and is for kids ages 8-12.

Best,
Rose Kent
