		<description>Ditto the above comment- I&#039;m starting to really think in those terms.  I can do this for a few years (not forever) and see the benefits for a lifetime, or I can not do it and always wonder how I could have made it work or how much better my relationship could have been.  Odds are this will only be for 2-3 years until the oldest is in Kdg. or 1st grade and it will set a foundation with you and your grandchildren forever.  I would do it.  You couldn&#039;t have done foster care/adoption all these years if you weren&#039;t an &quot;above and beyond the call of duty&quot; kind of person.  </description>
